I found out about BBC North by just searching online for film and television work experience opportunities. I applied to work in content making at BBC North in Salford, Manchester and to my delight I passed the first stage and got through to the second stage; which was an online assessment. It didn’t take long only about an hour; a few weeks later I found out I had got through to the talent pool. So now it’s just a case of when a job comes up they will consider me. So hopefully soon I’ll get an interview. I’ve just got to build as much experience in the media industry as possible to improve my chances.
